Choose a menu item.
● Drag the menu items up or down to scroll
them, or touch a menu item to choose it.
● For menu items with options not shown,
rst touch the item to switch screens, and
then either drag up or down to scroll or
touch an item to choose it.
● To return to the previous screen, touch

].

Choose an option.
● For options displayed with [ ][ ] on
either side, touch [ ][ ] to change the
option.
● For menu items displayed with a bar
to indicate the level, touch the desired
position on the bar.

Finish the setup process.
● Touch [ ] to return to the screen
displayed before you touched [ ]
in step 1.
● To undo any accidental setting changes, you can restore the
camera’s default settings (

110).
● You can also choose the tab by moving the zoom ring in step 2.
Using the Menu Screen
Congure a variety of camera functions through the menu screen as
follows. Menu items are grouped by purpose on tabs, such as shooting
[ ], playback [ ], and so on. Note that available menu items vary
depending on the selected shooting or playback mode (

132).
