8. Head
Temperature Error
Switch the power off and
leave the printer for
several minutes.
Check connectors.
Is any error
displayed?
Yes
No
• Do not touch the head because it can be too hot.
Remove and reinstall
the BJ cartridge.
Switch the power on.
Correct?
Yes
No
• Check whether the carriage ribbon cable, paper feed motor cable,
carriage motor cable, control board cable are plugged in the
connectors.
END
Repair defective parts.
