Using the Manual Focus in Combination with the Auto

Focus (Safety MF)

First, manual focus is used to roughly focus, then from that focus

position the camera automatically focuses more accurately.

Select [Safety MF].

1. Press the button.

2. In the menu, use the or

button to select [Safety MF].

Make settings.

1. Use the or button to select

[On].

2. Press the button.

First focus manually and then press the

shutter button halfway.

• The focus will be fine-tuned to the optimal focus.

To shoot, press the shutter button fully.
