Playback/Erasing

Sound Memo Panel

Use the W or X button to select an option and press the FUNC./SET

button.

You can protect important images and movies from accidental erasure.

Exit Ends the operation.

Record Starts recording.

Pause Stops recording or playback.

Play Plays back.

Erase

Erases. (Select [Erase] in the confirmation screen and

press the FUNC./SET button.)

z You cannot attach sound memos to movies.

z Sound memos for protected images cannot be erased.

Protecting Images

Select [Protect].

1. Press the MENU button.

2. In the menu, use the S or T

button to select .

3. Press the FUNC./SET button.

Protect the image.

1. Use the W or X button to select an

image to protect.

2. Press the FUNC./SET button.

• The protection icon appears on the

lower left of the image.

• Pressing the FUNC./SET button

again cancels the setting.

• You can also protect images in the Index Playback mode.
