Imprinting Captions

Selecting the Language

Language Caption No.

Select the Switch

Language mode.

• Press the Ell button for

more than 2 seconds.

LANGUAGE blinks.

^ The caption number

reverts to No 1 for each

language.

Select the language.

• Each time the CB button is

pressed, the language

changes sequentially from

E (English) to F (French) to

D (German) to ES

(Spanish)

• Press the Eil button to

make your selection.

Use 12, 24 or 36-exposure film that bears the DX

marking. If you use film with other numbers of

exposures, it may not be possible to imprint the date or

caption on the final shots.

‘ To imprint a caption only, set the date display to

“

.........

” (-»47) and then select the caption.

• The caption is cleared after each photo is taken. To

imprint the caption in successive photos, press the DCI

button for more than 2 seconds. CAPTION, on the

LCD panel, blinks.

When this occurs, the caption number reverts to No. 1

for each language so press the SET (ES or [B)

button to select the desired caption number.
