Setting and Adjusting the Date/Time

Be sure to reset the display when you

replace the battery (the date reverts to

“94 1 1”) or when you are travelling to

a different time zone

MODE SELECT SET

1. Press the MODE button.

• Display the date/time

format to be corrected.

2. Press the SELECT button.

• Press until the digit to be

corrected blinks.

3. Press the SET button.

• Change the digit to the

one desired. ^

4. Press the SELECT button

until all digits stop

blinking.

• Use the push-button release on the strap.

• Each time the SET button is pressed, the number

increases by one. If kept pressed, the number

increases quickly.
