If a problem occurs with the camera, first refer to this Troubleshooting
Guide. If this Troubleshooting Guide does not resolve the problem,
contact your dealer or nearest Canon Service Center.
Set [53: Wi-Fi] to [Disable]. If [Wi-Fi] is set to [Enable], even
when the camera is connected to a computer, printer, GPS
receiver, or other device via an interface cable, the device cannot
be used (p.17).
[53: Wi-Fi] cannot be set to [Enable] if the camera is connected to
a computer, printer, GPS receiver, or other device via an interface
cable (p.17).
If [Multiple exposure] is set to [Enable], multiple exposure
shooting is given priority and the Wi-Fi function cannot be used.
Even when [53: Wi-Fi] is set to [Enable], [53: Wi-Fi function] will
be grayed out and the function is not available.
Troubleshooting Guide

cannot be used with a cable connection.
