RPG Direct Equipment Service and Maintenance

RPG’s team of professional technicians hold certifications on a wide variety of equipment makes and models.

RPG is an authorized service provider of HP, Xerox, Oce and KIP wide format devices.

Comprehensive Maintenance Agreement (COMP)

RPG’s COMP plans are the same as our FSMA, only we also include the standard media (Bond) and toner. Exclusively from

RPG, if you own or purchase an HP Designjet Inkjet printer or MFP, we can offer the COMP plan for most models as well!

Why is this beneficial to you? Fact is, most companies that own wide format inkjet printers purchase ink, printheads and media

as needed and keep extra on a shelf. They do not know what their cost to produce a print actually costs, and in most cases

have absolutely no idea. With RPG’s COMP plan for HP devices, you pay a monthly fee that covers all ink, printheads, base

media* and service. You provide a monthly meter of actual square feet usage, as well as millimeter usage and pay for any

excess not included in the monthly base. You only pay for what you actually produce at a fixed rate!

In most cases when RPG is replacing an older inkjet printer, we are asked to remove the old unit. Since the old inks do not

typically work in the new printer, we end up removing hundreds, if not thousands of dollars worth of ink that was paid for. In

many cases the ink we remove has expired as well.

*Base media is typically standard inkjet bond. Depending on your everyday media, it can be substituted with another type of

media as the base, which most likely will increase the cost of the plan.

Squarefoot Solution Agreement (SFS)

RPG’s trademarked Squarefoot Solutions® Program gives the freedom of no penalty equipment upgrades in conjunction with a

full comprehensive supplies and service program. This solution is a perfect fit for growing companies whose technology needs

are rapidly changing.

Full Service Maintenance Agreement (FSMA)

RPG can provide yearly or multi-year agreements, which covers all parts and labor. All service plans are offered in varying

monthly minimum volumes with overage fees if exceeded. The greater the monthly minimum plan, the lower the cost per

square foot. The goal is to select a plan that you are comfortable with achieving all or nearly all the time. RPG can increase

the plan if your monthly volume trends up over time.

Time & Material

Pay as you go style service where you simply pay a base fee per visit and any additional costs for parts and time. RPG will

provide an estimate first before proceeding with any parts that may be required. Once a quote has been provided, you may

opt to sign on to one of our scheduled plans below and be eligible for cost savings!
