2 Choose the connection method.

 When the screen on the left is displayed,

select [Use via USB Connection] and

click [Next].

3 When the screen on the left is

displayed, prepare the printer

and connect it to the computer.

 Turn off SELPHY and remove any

inserted memory cards or USB ash

drives.

 Insert a loaded paper cassette and an ink

cassette in SELPHY (=

8 – 10).

 Use the USB cable to connect SELPHY

to the computer. For instructions, refer to

the computer or cable user manual.

4 Turn on the printer to complete

the installation process.

 Press the <q> button to turn on

SELPHY.

 The printer driver is installed.

Printing from a Computer (Windows)

Here, instructions are given using Windows 7 as an example. SELPHY can

connect to computers running the following operating systems.

• Windows 8.1

• Windows 8

• Windows 7 SP1

Preparing the Computer

What You Will Need

• Computer

• USB cable, 2.5 m (8.2 ft.) or shorter, sold separately (SELPHY port:

Mini-B)

1 Install the printer driver.

 Connect to the Internet from a computer

and access “http://www.canon.com/icpd/”.

 Select your country/region and follow the

instructions displayed to complete the

download.

 Double-click the [Downloads] folder, and

then double-click [cp1200-100-9l.exe].

 Follow the instructions displayed to

complete installation.

 If the User Account Control window

is displayed, follow the on-screen

instructions.
