Scanner Problems
Cannot Install Scanner Driver
Check 1 DID YOU FOLLOW THE SCANNER DRIVER INSTALLATION
INSTRUCTIONS?
Installing the IS Scan Software
If an error occurred during installation and you had to shut down the
installation procedure, you may not be able to install the scanner driver
because Windows is no longer stable. Restart Windows and then re-install
the scanner software.
Check 2 ARE ANY OTHER APPLICATION PROGRAMS RUNNING?
The scanner driver installation program may not execute successfully if it is
run with other applications running in the background.
Before you run the installation program again, shut down all other
application programs.
Check 3 DID YOU SPECIFY THE CORRECT CD-ROM DRIVE FOR
INSTALLATION?
Double-click the My Computer icon, then double-click the CD-ROM icon on
the Windows desktop.
Installing the IS Scan Software
• The drive name (E: for example) varies according to how your system is
set up.
