Transparency
This mode is for printing on transparency stock. Use Canon Transparencies (CF-102) to achieve the
highest possible color fidelity.
Set the paper thickness lever (inside the printer) to the down position.
Back print film
This mode is specially configured for printing on back print film, such as Canon Back Print Film
(BF-102). This setting causes the printer to print a mirror image on the back print film; when used with a
backlighting device. The image is normal.
Set the paper thickness lever (inside the printer) to the down position.
Fabric sheet
This mode is specially configured for printing with Canon Fabric Sheets (FS-101).
Set the paper thickness lever (inside the printer) to the up position.
Be sure to load one fabric sheet at a time with the paper selection lever set to the front position.
High gloss film
This mode is for printing with Canon High Gloss Film (HG-101). You must manually feed high gloss film
one sheet at a time.
Set the paper thickness lever (inside the printer) to the down position.
Be sure to load one sheet or high gloss film at a time (with the paper selection lever set to the front
position and the paper support lowered).
