If [Scan and Store] or [Access Stored Files] is selected, the screen

where you can select the type of storage is displayed.

Mail Box

Advanced Space

Various Storages

The Mail Box function enables you to save scanned document data or data sent from

a printer driver. You can send the  le in the mail box to fax, e-mail, I-fax, or  le server

destination, as well as print the  le.

You can store the scanned original in the Advanced Space in a  le format, such as PDF,

JPEG, and TIFF, so that it can be accessed from your computer. Like a  le server, you

can not only access the Advanced Space from a computer, but also create a folder. In

addition, you can print the stored  les from this machine.

If Advanced Space or network is selected when the

authentication function is set, authentication screen

is displayed.
