Erase a File after Printing

Clear the Settings (Initial Settings)

Useful Print Functions

To print stored  les, press [Access Stored Files] on the Main Menu screen.

You can set the machine to automatically

erase the  le after printing is completed.

The setting may not be available, depending on

the storage or  le format.

This mode is useful if you want to clear all

settings and reset the settings. All settings

are cleared.

Change the Print Settings

As an example, [Mail Box] is selected as the  le storage location.

The number in the screen indicates the order of the procedure.

You can change the print settings from this screen.
