Specifying Which Documents to Search
You can specify to search on the following documents:
■ Full
Search all your documents within the Desktop Manager
■ Last Result
Search only the results of the last search you made
■ Selected Items
Search only those documents that are selected before you begin the search.
Reviewing the Results of Your Search
The results of your search appear as a list of documents that match the search criteria.
This list displays the document name and the folder in which the document can be found. The
list also shows how closely the document matches the criteria (the match level or hit rate),
expressed as a percentage.
