[Do Not Use Job Accounting When B&W Printing]

If you are using the department ID management function, selecting the [Quality] sheet > [Color Mode] > [Black

and White] enables black-and-white printing without authentication.

[Use User Authentication Function]

Performs print management using the user authentication function. The user name and PIN must be entered

when printing or saving settings.

This function can be enabled by logging in as an account with super user privileges.

[Settings] [User Name/PIN Settings] Dialog Box

Enables you to set the user name and PIN registered in the printer. Leave the PIN blank if it is not registered.

If you are logged in as a general user, use a command to set them.
