Getting Started

Click the [Browse] button to select the folder containing the

driver you want to install, and then click the [OK] button.

You can select the driver from the following folders on the CD-ROM.

- PCL5e: \Drivers\uk_eng\win2k_xp\pcl5e

- PCL6: \Drivers\uk_eng\win2k_xp\pcl6

Follow the instructions on the screen to continue with the

installation, and then click the [Finish] button after the ﬁles

have been copied.

The USB class driver and the printer driver are now installed.

To Perform Plug and Play Installation (for Windows XP)

Connect the cable from the printer’s USB port to the PC’s USB

port, and then turn the printer ON.

Start Windows, and then insert the Printer Driver Software CD-

ROM into the CD-ROM drive.

The Found New Hardware Wizard starts.
