Quick Start Guide

Insert the battery (p.42).

Upon purchase, charge the battery

to start using (p.40).

Insert the card (p.43).

With the card’s label facing

toward the back of the

camera, insert it into the card

slot.

Attach the lens (p.53).

Align the red mount index on the

lens with the red mount index on the

camera to attach the lens.

Set the lens’s focus mode

switch to <AF>

(p.53).

Set the power switch to <1>,

then set the shooting mode to

<A>

(p.47).

Turn the Mode Dial while holding

down the button at the center.

All the necessary camera settings

will be set automatically.
