Managing the Address Book
The Remote UI enables you to view and modify the Address
Book data.
You can also access these setting menus from the control panel of the
machine. For details, see “Machine Settings,” on p. 11-3.
1. Click [Address] [Address Book] or [One-touch]
from the menu that appears under [Address].
If the Address Book is protected by a password, a screen prompting
you to enter the password appears. Enter the password press [OK].
You can select the address number to be displayed from [Select
Range].
To view/edit the registered addresses:
Click the number or the name to display the current address
information.
To edit the information, click [Edit] make the necessary changes
on the Change Address screen click [OK].
