5. Click on the Printing link.
6. Click on the Print Spooling Link.
7. Click the Enabled radio button to allow print jobs to be spooled to a file before being printed. Click
the Disabled radio button to disable spooling.
8. Click Apply to save the changes.
Print Services Reports
To print reports:
1. At your Workstation, open your web browser and enter the TCP/IP Address of the machine in the
Address bar.
2. Press Enter.
3. Click on the Properties tab. If required, enter the admin username admin and password 1111 and
click OK.
4. Click on the Services link.
5. Click on the Printing link.
6. Click on the Reports Link.
7. Click Print button next to the reports you wish to generate.
8. Click OK to dismiss the printing confirmation popup.
Secure Print settings
To configure Secure Print:
1. At your Workstation, open your web browser and enter the TCP/IP Address of the machine in the
Address bar.
2. Press Enter.
3. Click on the Properties tab. If required, enter the admin username admin and password 1111 and
click OK.
4. Click on the Services link.
5. Click on the Printing link.
6. Click on the Secure Print Link.
7. Check the Enabled checkbox.
8. Enter the require secure print spooling capacity.
9. Enter the max length of the secure print passcode that may be specified by the user.
10. Set the required release behavior.
11. Click Apply to save the changes.
PPDS Menu
Features on the PPDS Menu page will allow you to set values for lines per page, page format and
whether Line Feed is automatically applied after a Carriage Return. These settings are used to control
Personal Printer Data Stream, primarily from IBM Mainframe applications.
