To search documents by text string:
1. In the Search dialog box, in the Text box, type the text by which you want to search.
2. Select the type of text match you prefer:
Any
Look for the specified text in any part of a word
Exact
Look for exact text matches only
Start of Word
Look for the specified text in the start of a word only.
3. Select where within the document the Desktop Manager should search for a text match:
Text
Search on text within the body of a document
Annotation
Search on annotations you may have added to the documents in the Desktop Manager.
