If You Cannot Solve a Problem
If there is a problem that you cannot solve following the instructions in this chapter, contact Canon through
the Support page of the Canon website or contact your nearest Canon service center.
Canon support staff are trained to be able to provide technical support to satisfy customers.
Caution
• If the machine emits any unusual sound, smoke, or odor, turn it off immediately. Unplug the machine
and contact the seller you bought it from or your nearest Canon service center. Never attempt to repair
or disassemble the machine yourself.
• If you attempt to repair or take apart the machine, your warranty will be invalidated even if it has not
expired.
Before contacting the service center, note the following:

(Your machine's name is written on the front cover of the setup manual.)

• What you tried to solve the problem, and what happened
