[Device Settings] Sheet

You can congure device option settings and administrator settings.

[Device Information]

Displays whether the device status is set automatically or manually. When acquiring the device information and

applying it to the settings in the [Device Settings] sheet, click [ ] (Retrieve Device Status Information).

NOTE

● If you select [On] from [Other Settings] > [Change Conguration Prole When Retrieving Device Information]

in the [Detailed Settings] dialog box, the conguration prole is automatically changed according to the

retrieved device information.

[Cong. Prole]

Displays the applied conguration prole.

[Change] > [Change Conguration Prole] Dialog Box

Enables you to change or import a conguration prole.

[Select Conguration Prole]

[Select Conguration Prole Suitable for Your Device Automatically]

Sets the conguration prole suitable for the printer model you are using.

[Select Manually]

Enables you to manually set a conguration prole.

[

] (Import Conguration Prole)

Imports an exported conguration prole le (*.typ).

[ ] (Delete)

Deletes the imported conguration prole selected from [Conguration Prole].

[Retrieve Device Information]

Acquires the device information and applies it to the settings in the [Device Settings] sheet.

NOTE

● If device information cannot be acquired, the conguration prole must be set manually. See the following

topic for supported combinations of printer models and conguration proles.

[ ] (Export) > [Export Conguration Prole] Dialog Box

Enables you to export and save the current settings in the [Device Settings] sheet as a conguration prole le

(*.typ).
