Activation of Encrypted Secure Print/Access

Management System

To use Encrypted Secure Print and the Access Management System, it is necessary to enable each function on

the [Device Settings] sheet.

Set [Details] > [Other Settings] > [Encrypted Secure Print]/[Access Management System] to [Enabled] on the

[Device Settings] sheet. Each function is then displayed on a settings sheet when the printer properties screen is

closed and opened again. Set each function on the displayed [Encrypted-P] sheet/[AMS] sheet. For details on the

settings for each sheet, see the help for each sheet.

NOTE

● This functions can only be used when the driver display language is set to one of the following languages.

English / Japanese / French / German / Italian / Spanish / Korean

(However, Korean supports only Encrypted Secure Print.)

When the Access Management System is enabled, the driver display language can only be switched to the

above languages.
