Editing the Favorite Settings List

You can edit the [Prole] list, and import or export it to be used on other computers.

To Edit the [Prole] List

Display the [Basic Settings], [Page Setup], [Finishing], [Paper Source], or [Quality] sheet.

Click [Edit] to the right of [Prole].

In the [Edit Prole] dialog box, select the prole you want to edit from [Prole List] →

set [Name] and [Icon].

Enter a comment in [Comment] if required.

If you want to delete a prole, select the prole from [Prole List] → click [Delete] → click [Yes].

Click [OK].

To Export a Prole

Display the [Basic Settings], [Page Setup], [Finishing], [Paper Source], or [Quality] sheet.

Click [Edit] to the right of [Prole].

In the [Edit Prole] dialog box, select the prole you want to export from [Prole List]

→ click [Export].

Specify the storage location and le name → click [Save] or [OK].

Click [OK].

The selected prole is saved as a "*.cfg" le.

To Import a Prole

Display the [Basic Settings], [Page Setup], [Finishing], [Paper Source], or [Quality] sheet.
