[Prole] Sheet
You can edit, import, and export proles. If you edit proles on the server side in a shared printer environment,
the changes are reected in the client proles.
[Prole List]
Displays registered proles as a list. You can change the order by selecting a prole and clicking [ ] (Move
Up) or [ ] (Move Down).
NOTE
Proles with a red dot (
) next to them are pre-registered proles and cannot be edited or deleted.
[View Settings]
Displays the content of the selected prole as a list.
[Add]/[Edit] > [Add/Edit Prole] Dialog Box
Enables you to add a new prole or edit the settings of a user-registered prole. Set [Name] and [Icon]. Enter a
comment in [Comment] if required. Switch sheets and congure relevant settings. If you want to check the
current settings in a list, click [View Settings].
[Edit]
Enables you to edit the settings of a user-registered prole.
[Delete]
Deletes the selected prole.
[Name], [Comment]
Displays the name and comment of the selected prole. You can edit the name and comment of user-registered
proles.
[Import]
Imports a prole saved as a "*.cfg" le and adds it to [Prole List].
[Export]
Exports the prole selected in [Prole List] and saves it as a "*.cfg" le.
[Dene Document Property]
Allows settings in the print settings screen of the driver. This function is useful when restricting usage of the
print settings in client computers in a shared printer environment.
