 Speed Dialling Methods

Speed dialling allows you to dial fax/telephone numbers by simply pressing one or a few buttons.

The following speed dialling methods are available:

 One-touch speed dialling

number, simply press the One-Touch Speed Dial Key assigned to that number.

 Coded speed dialling

simply press [Coded Dial] and enter the two-digit code assigned to that number.

 Group dialling

numbers in that group, simply press the One-Touch Speed Dial Key, or press [Coded Dial] and

enter the two-digit code assigned to that group.

The following sections explain these methods.

 Registering One-Touch Speed Dialling

Before you can use one-touch speed dialling, you need to register the recipients’ numbers. Follow

this procedure:

1 Press [FAX], then press [Menu].

2 Use [ ] or [ ] to select <TEL# REGISTRATION>.

3 Press [OK] twice.

4 Use [ ] or [ ] to select a One-Touch Speed Dial Key (01 to 08).
